Their empowered administrators ensure quality teaching-learning. The parents and other concerned leader and members of the immediate community actively collaborate with them. They all stick together to advance a common MISSION: to provide quality basic education and lay the foundation for life-long learning and service for the common good.

The Ilocos Norte National High School envisions serving as a leader school for the academics, culture and the Arts, Sports, Special Education, technology, entrepreneurship and livelihood towards producing empowered and value-laden citizens who are Godly, patriotic, nature-friendly, vibrant and proactive in a globally competitive world.
MISSION
In consonance with the goals and thrusts of the Department of Education and with the support of all stakeholders, the INNHS endeavors to become a functional, productive and competitive school in all service areas by providing enhanced basic education through adequate student, faculty and staff development; appropriate curricular reforms, improved physical facilities, effective guidance & research systems geared toward lifelong learning, environment sustainability, and global competency.
